1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the labha7 website and platform (collectively, "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the labha7 platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the labha7 Service. Your continued use of the Service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and labha7 ("we", "us", "our"). References to "labha7" include the platform at labha7.net and all services accessible through it.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the labha7 Service is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to a third party without their explicit written consent.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from labha7 or any other gambling platform and subsequently attempted to re-register without completing the required re-instatement process.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of labha7 or any of its affiliated game providers.

labha7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of labha7 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

labha7 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

Account usernames and passwords are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your labha7 account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify labha7 support immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

labha7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit transactions are processed over encrypted connections.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your labha7 account. labha7 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits are credited to your labha7 account balance in BDT at the time the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• labha7 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using funds that are not your own, or that originate from illegal activity, are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• labha7 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries unless explicitly authorised.

If a deposit fails to appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact labha7 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same transaction without first confirming with support that the original transaction has failed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. labha7 processes standard withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Expedited processing may be available subject to account verification status.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from labha7:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal is authorised.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for anti-money laundering compliance. labha7 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed within your labha7 account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• labha7 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct a full account review if unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms is identified.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) upon receipt of a withdrawal. labha7 does not control third-party provider fees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

labha7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus once only unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without replacement.
• labha7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

7 Game Rules & Betting

Each game and betting market available on labha7 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before participating.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning in a controlled studio environment monitored by independent auditors.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. labha7 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome or a technical error that affects a game result, labha7's decision is final after a review of server-side logs and, where applicable, the game provider's records.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sports event will be voided where in-play betting is not offered on that market.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed before bet confirmation. labha7 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any player at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the labha7 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error will be voided.
• Using the labha7 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after the associated funds have been wagered or withdrawn, except in the case of a genuine unauthorised transaction.
• Attempting to access another player's account or the labha7 administrative systems without authorisation.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the labha7 platform without prior written consent.

9 Responsible Gaming

labha7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your labha7 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the labha7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the labha7 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the labha7 platform.
• Use the labha7 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, labha7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the Service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or events beyond labha7's reasonable control (including network outages, third-party payment failures, or force majeure events).
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform, whether or not the player believed they had an advantage.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors in game data, live odds feeds, or sporting results supplied by third-party data providers.

labha7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

labha7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is detected or suspected.
• A player has registered multiple accounts.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or identified through a third-party responsible gaming registry.
• labha7 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at labha7's discretion following a review of the account activity. Where closure is initiated by the player without any identified breach, any verified real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

labha7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, labha7 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the labha7 Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. labha7 operates a fair and transparent dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact labha7 support at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve disputes within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal channels, you may submit a formal written complaint to our dedicated complaints handling team at the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint".
• Step 3 — Final Decision: labha7 will issue a written final decision within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, server-side logs and, where applicable, records held by the game provider will be considered as primary evidence.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
